General Policies
Your first class with us is always a free preview class. We will give a full refund if you have given us a full 3 week paid trial period and still wish to withdraw from our program. If you start in the middle of a session, we will pro-rate your tuition so that you pay $10 per weeks left in the semester after your free preview. Home materials are required no matter when you start unless you already have them from a previous child. (Let the instructor know this as soon as you register so we don't order too many.) If you bring a friend who registers with us we will give both of you 10% off your tuition for that semester. If you pre-register and pay your home material costs at least 2 weeks before the next session, there will be a 10% discount for siblings and multiple classes. Children and grandchildren of All Saints Lutheran Church staff, Moving Forward employees, and the instructor may have free tuition if registered at least 2 weeks in advance by purchase of required home materials. Refund PolicyOur studio offers the following refund policies. Only one policy will apply to the class your child is registered for. The class description and the registration process will identify the exact refund policy for the class you have chosen.Refund Policy by LouAnne I cannot refund money for home materials purchased if the package has been opened. If you need to withdraw from class and wish to return an unopened set of home materials, I will refund your money minus an $8.00 fee to cover shipping and handling costs. I will refund your full tuition costs if you attend 1 class of Village or Sign and Sing and find that the class does not meet your needs. For all other classes (15 weeks) I will refund your full tuition if you have given us 4 weeks trial and are still dissatisfied. There will be no refunds after these introductory periods unless I am unable to fulfill my obligations due to illness or emergency and cannot hold a make-up class. Under those circumstances, I would refund everyone for any classes missed at the rate of $10 per class.

Any information you provide about yourself or your children is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Examples of such services may include email notices of special and discounted items, e-newsletters, and special mailings related only to this studio. In addition, you may choose to receive occasional emails from Kindermusik International, including free developmental activities and special offers. On occasion, we may also share non-personal, summary information regarding our customers with unrelated third parties (for example, we may publicly disclose the aggregate number of registered users of our web site). However, we will not share any personal information about any particular customer. SecurityRegistering for class online is a completely safe experience!
